Il est devenu beaucoup plus difficile de faire passer des substances dangereuses à travers nos frontières au cours des trois dernières années, ce qui crée de vrais problèmes pour les trafiquants de drogue.

La marijuana d'aujourd'hui est également deux fois plus forte qu'au milieu des années 80.
