At times, we all need guidance in our lives. This book awakens us to what is most important: the ultimate power inherent within us, the way our words and thoughts create our life, and how we each heal ourselves to perfect health. Reading even a few lines can fill your heart with hope and light. When your heart is troubled, when you do not know which way to turn, open this book and read a few lines. Its eighteen chapters are grouped into five main parts: (1) You Can Utilize Your Unlimited Energy to the Fullest, (2) You Can Improve All Relationships in Your Life, (3) You Can Overcome Life's Difficulties, (4) You Can Live Your Life in Love, Happiness, Forgiveness, and Harmony, and (5) You Can Uncover Your True Self and Accomplish Your Divine Missions. The Golden Key to Happiness was described by Aikido 2nd Doshu Kisshomaru Ueshiba as 'a must book for everyone who is training in Aikido.' Perhaps we could also describe it as required reading for anyone who is striving to make the most of life.
