Christmas Eve is the most heartwarming and magical night of the year. Anything can happen, especially after it begins to snow. Alexandra O'Malley is a grumpy college student and disappointed about where things are for her romantically. It feels like everyone else has it figured out­­, while she's stuck alone in the office on a holiday answering phones and killing time--not to mention her boss just left for a ten day Caribbean cruise.  She hopes for her happily ever after, but first she has to make it through the next few hours without losing her mind.  A festive party awaits, along with a dream date with Roland who is charming, intelligent with a sexy, British accent. He appears to be everything she might desire, or is he?  Conundrums become the invisible "ghosts" of Christmas past, present and future. They arrive to teach Alex that love is much closer than she thinks.
