Les rêves et les moyens de les diriger
Les Rêves Et Les Moyens De Les Diriger
Résumé
Hervey de Saint-Denys (1822-1892) was French Oriental scholar who at an early age became interested in his own dreams. He found that while he was dreaming he was often aware that he was doing so, and that he could direct his dreams as he wished. In 1867 he published this remarkable book which reports his experiences. Quoted by Freud in The Interpretation of Dreams and by other psychological writers, it was the first book ever written about the guidance of dreams and is still the most thorough first-person account of the process. It is here translated into English for the first time.
