Résumé

Junya Ishigami (Kanakawa Prefecture, Japan, 1974) studied Architecture at Tokyo University of the Arts. He began his career working at SANAA studio (2000-2004) before founding his own studio, Junya Ishigami + associates, in Tokyo in 2004. He has been a visiting professor at Tokyo University of Science, Tohoku University, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and Princeton University School of Architecture. He has published several books : Plants + Architecture (2010), Another Scale of Architecture (2011), Small images (2103), How Small ? How Vast ? How Architecture Grows (2014), Another Nature (2015), and Freeing Architecture (2018).
